Siemens India wanted to showcase the work culture and opportunities for future talent, emphasising its commitment to diversity, inclusion, innovation, and sustainability - not just as a hiring policy, but an inherent part of the operational DNA.

We created #SetANewStereotype, a campaign that underscores Siemens’ commitment to fostering an inclusive environment, where DEI is not just a corporate jargon, but a part of their very DNA, where every individual's contribution is celebrated.

The film features nine authentic stories of resilience and empowerment from Siemens employees, shining a spotlight on those who have challenged stereotypes and made significant strides in their fields.
